DSD Esperance has one of the rarest genetic pools available in our breed. Sired by Stonecroft Masquerade, out of one of the most beautiful mares ever sired by Tedwin Topic, the finishing touch is a bottom line cross to some of the very best the UVM/government farm has ever bred.
After being named the Michigan Morgan Horse Breeders Futurity Grand Champion as a weanling, this elegant stallion suffered a nearly life-ending injury that left him crippled and redirected his future immediately to the breeding shed. Fortunately, he has proven to be exceptional in the role fate delivered him.
DSD Esperance has had winning get at the Michigan Morgan Horse Breeders Futurity multiple years and his first foals placed well at the Grand National. We continue to cross different bloodlines to this stallion and each variation has met great success. We anxiously await his 2012 foals: the first out of a Liberation First Star mare, and the second from a Serenity Masterpiece daughter.
His get have been consistently athletic, beautiful and correct. To read and see more of Esperance and his foals, please visit our website at www.strawberryhillmorgans.com.
DSD Esperance is World Futurity nominated.
DSD Zingerman is one of the first get of DSD Esperance. He was named Michigan Morgan Horse Breeder's Futurity Weanling Colt Champion and was 4th in the RaDon Sweepstakes in 2009. Zingerman was shown in OKC as a yearling colt and placed well in a very competitive class. He will start his training this Spring !
DSD Ava was named 2009 Michigan Morgan Horse Breeder's Futurity Grand Champion Weanling, also being named RaDon Weanling Spectacular Champion and Futurity Weanling Filly Champion. This beautiful filly competed at OKC In Hand as a yearling and placed well. She is in training at Memory Lane, with the Taylors.
